The Critique

My first short film, "The Critique" was a drama about an arrogant professor who finds a "ghost" (a needy, young, gay student), in the architecture studio.
The movie explores the idea of how a sharp intellectualism can be used to hide a strong need for love and intimacy.

GARAGE

My feature film "GARAGE” continues to explore contrasting and conflicting lives.
Here I address the themes of: gay vs. straight, young vs. old and male vs. female.
GARAGE was awarded
"Best First Feature” at the Calgary International Film Festival.

Caprice

A modern dance between two frustrated lovers playing emotional hide-and-seek. Victory arrives for both at a moment of physical intimacy.

Mrs Lee

My last project (before my stroke) "Mrs. Lee" explored the contrasting concepts of: the individual vs. cultural norms, young vs. old, and love vs. death.

This script won me an invitation to TIFF.
I was unable to fulfill this obligation because of the operation, then stroke..
